You probably shouldn’t even order these because nobody is going to eat the main course after they have a Hokkaido Dinner Roll. These rolls are super duper soft and slightly sweet. We brush them with minced garlic sweated in butter and topped with flaky sea salt so you get the best of both worlds (photo’s in gallery below). These are best served within 2 days at home and require reheating before serving for max softness.

Our traditional Linzer Cookies are one of a kind. Preparing this cookies from beginning to end is a labour of love and by the time you bite into them, you’ll understand why. Best with Tea or Coffee during the holiday season, very much a Christmas tradition. These are not small cookies and are rather thick. Raspberry jam center, ground nuts are an ingredient.

Curbside Cupcakes are the perfect size, not too big and too small...the porridge is just right at 2" each. We make our own Vanilla Extract from organic and ethically harvested Madagascar vanilla beans. The process takes 8 weeks for our extract to mature and what a difference does it make! Buttercream frosting atop our moist, aromatic, and delightful cupcakes...heaven awaits. Don't forget, these are organic and never preservatives, shelf-life is 2-3 days after delivery. 12 cupcakes per order (vanilla or chocolate).

Franzbrötchen literally translates to French Rolls so I guess it's good I'm both French and German! Our recipe is directly from Hamburg so you're going to see several layers of flaky pastry and cinnamon. Even though Franzbrötchen are rather simple, they take 2 days to make so keep in mind there will be delays with your order. Don't forget, these are organic and never preservatives, shelf-life is 2-3 days after delivery (serve warm...or not). 9 Franzbrötchen per order.

We're very close to bottling and shipping our very own Vanilla Extract! We've been using our propietary blend in all of our orders for the past 9 months and the taste is absolutely amazing! Due to shortages and inflation in 2020 we decided to make our own. We use Organic, Ethically Harvested, Grade A, Madagascar Vanilla Beans with a sit time of about about 8 weeks. We sample tasted store bought to ours and store bought taste like a chemical, they are extremely worlds apart. Stay tuned for updates and get a bottle shipped to your home or send as a gift!
