You probably shouldn’t even order these because nobody is going to eat the main course after they have a Hokkaido Dinner Roll. These rolls are super duper soft and slightly sweet. We brush them with minced garlic sweated in butter and topped with flaky sea salt so you get the best of both worlds (photo’s in gallery below). These are best served within 2 days at home and require reheating before serving for max softness.

These rolls are so addictive we barely got to photograph them. It is very easy to destroy the entire pan once they’re brushed with minced garlic sautéed in butter and topped with pinches of flaky sea salt…no survivors!
These rolls are pretty big, this is a 13×9 ceramic baking pan by Emile Henry. Hokkaido Dinner Rolls (Milk Bread) are so soft you’re not going to believe these are completely organic with zero preservatives. Always baked fresh, we suggest ordering 2 – they go fast. If you’re having guests for the holidays, they’re going to want a few to take home. Bon Appétit!
