This is an authentic recipe from Europe, the texture of the crust is slightly crunchy, but soft like a cookie past the surface. The filling is Raspberry preserves and I’m going to warn you ahead of time – these are very addicting so you might want to order several. If you want to get to heaven early, put some vanilla ice cream on top! Lizertorte Mini’s are 4″.
